How do my invoices get into Upveno?
During the pilot, we connect your accounting software to our platform. You don't need to install anything yourself. We'll discuss which integration works best for your software during the introductory call.
What do the Spendless cost experts do?
They periodically review your opportunities with you and help you prioritise, with market context from Spendless benchmark data. If you want an opportunity to be executed, you use Spendless credits: for targeted guidance, such as reviewing a quote, or for full execution, from renegotiation to invoice auditing. During the pilot you receive 20 credits.
What happens to my data?
Your data is used solely to build your own overview. Upveno is hosted by Combell, a Belgian hosting provider. All connections are encrypted with SSL, sign-in uses two-factor authentication (2FA), and access management lets you decide who sees what. You receive a data processing agreement (DPA) in line with the GDPR.
Does Upveno use AI?
Only where it saves time, such as reading a contract PDF. AI reads your documents to fill in fields, not to train models. You always check and confirm yourself. An administrator can switch off AI processing for the whole organisation; you then fill everything in manually.
Does it also work for a company without a group structure?
Yes. Upveno works just as well for a single company as for a group. If you have multiple entities, you can view them separately or together.
What does it cost after the pilot?
A fixed monthly subscription, plus credits when you engage Spendless for a savings project. You'll receive the exact amounts in the pilot proposal.
What if it's not a fit for us?
Then the pilot ends, at no cost. Your feedback still helps us, and you'll stay informed about the launch if you wish.
